Anyway, I e-mailed the supposed creator of the mural (Edge Designs) and got a response that they had not been the creators of the mural (very nice of them to respond so quickly).
That made me check Urban Legends to verify.
Turns out the picture is real and the bathroom exists. Only the text of the e-mail is false. Check out the story here.
