What's Up?

Not much happening with me lately.  Just watching the news in awe ... strange times.

I went to the Planned Parenthood fashion show fundraiser which was a fun outing.   The only tickets left were standing room only, so the shots aren't great but you get the feel of it:

I did not get a photo of the condom wedding dress but this one is pretty awesome.

My dates were Girl-child and DIL.

Also, it's been unseasonably warm this past week so I actually walked around the lake last weekend.

I don't know what this was about.

There were a bunch of people out there, which I would not do when it's 60 degrees out.

That's all I've got.  Grandkids and knitting update soonish.

Resistance

I helped out at the counter-demonstration yesterday ... we outnumbered the pro-lifers about 15::1.  While it's disheartening that we have to counter-protest, it's balanced out by the fact that huge numbers of people are ready to take action.  I do enjoy seeing democracy in action.
